The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the objection of the writ petitioner while passing orders in the legal heir application filed by the private respondents herein.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, her husband Mariappan had passed away and the legal heir certificate application filed by her has been rejected and she was directed to approach the civil Court accordingly. In the meantime, the second respondent has filed an application before the first respondent seeking Legal Heir Certificate. Therefore, she should be heard before passing any orders.
3. In view of the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the objections raised by the petitioner at the time of considering the application made by the second respondent for the legal heir certificate of the death of Mariappan.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
