This petition has been filed praying to direct the Respondent No.2 to complete the Investigation in Crime No.183 of 2016, on the file of the second respondent police Station and to file the Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dindigul.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation.

Recording the submission made, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
