ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused in Crime No. 11 of 2026 on the file of the first respondent police, seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 11 of 2026, wherein they have been charged with an offence under Section 303(2) of the BNS.

2. Pending investigation, the petitioners as well as the defacto complainant have entered into a compromise and resolved their dispute amicably and the defacto complainant has no objection for quashing of the FIR.

3. The defacto complainant is present in person before this Court and has also acknowledged that he has no objection for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.11 of 2026.

4. In view of the above said facts, the FIR in Crime No.11 of 2026 on the file of the first respondent police stands quashed and the Criminal Original petition is allowed. The joint compromise memo dated 26.02.2026 shall form part and parcel of this order. 09.03.2026 tta TO Inspector of Police, Aravayal Police Station, Sivagangai District.
