ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/Sole Accused, who was arrested on 30.08.2016 for offences punishable under Section 366 IPC and Section 4 of POSCO Act, in Cr.No.25 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner took away the defacto complainant's daughter to the Temple for worship. Instead of doing so, he kidnapped the defacto complainant's daughter and forcibly had sexual intercourse with her. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the defacto complainant belong to the same village and both of them are family friends and he has not committed the offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
