*********** [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J] The petitioner is the husband of one Chinnaponnu, W/o.Malkalai, aged about 30 years. According to the petitioner, she has been found missing from 23.06.2015 onwards. Therefore, he has come up with this petition apprehending that she has been detained by the third respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the second respondent has produced the detenue/Chinnaponnu. She is aged 30 years. She has got three children. She would state that she is willing to go with the petitioner and the petitioner is also willing to take her. The said statement is recorded.

Since as per the statement of the detenue, there is no allegation of illegal detention, she is set at liberty to choose her own way of life. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
