O R D E R

This petition is filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram, to transfer the case in M.C.No.13 of 2015 to any other competent court in Tirunelveli District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. I do not find any valid ground to transfer the case from the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Padmanabhapuram.

4. However, the learned Magistrate shall not insist the appearance of the petitioner for each and every hearing and the petitioner shall appear before the court as and when required and on failure of the petitioner to appear before the court, he shall file an appropriate application under Section 317 Cr.P.C.

5. With the above direction, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected C.M.A.Nos. 8865 and 8870 of 2016 are also closed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is directed to dispose of M.C.No.13 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.
