Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the petitioner and of MR.SANKAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent by this Court vide order dated 25.03.2021 made in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.4184 of 2021. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the respondent in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4184 of 2021, dated 25.03.2021, the respondent committed another offence. On the receipt of the complaint, C.S.R.No.36/2021 issued by the Inspector of Police, T.Kallupatti Police Station.

CRL MP(MD) No.3063 of 2021 4.In view of the aforestated facts, this Court finds no grounds to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent.
