ORDER

Writ Petition Criminal filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to complete the preliminary enquiry and issue a NOC (Not traceable Certificate) in respect of missing property document bearing Document No.602 of 2007 dated 09.02.2007 on the basis of the online complaint on 13.02.2026 in Reference.Number.CHM26062209 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that whenever a complaint is registered that too after sending a complaint through online, the respondent police called for enquiry, but the petitioner did not come forward to attend the enquiry before the respondent police. 2/5

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to produce all the necessary supporting documents to the respondent police forthwith and on receipt of the same, the second respondent police is directed to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's online complaint dated 13.02.2026 within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
