O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a Final Report in Crime No. 18 of 2017 of Kotticode Police Station.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court by order dated 13.04.2017, disposed of the Criminal Original Petition directing the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a Final Report as expeditiously as possible not later than 06.09.2017. This Court also directed the respondent to report the compliance on 11.09.2017. 4.Today, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the complaint was closed as "mistake of fact" and the closure report also filed on 10.03.2017. It is further stated that the RCS notice is also served on the petitioner. 5.Recording the said submission, this Court is of the view that no further order is required and the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
