ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate Protection to the Petitioner and his family members and subsequently for erecting the fence around his land in Survey No.81 4B 1B1, which is 1/3

situated at Umaiyathalaivanpatti, Tiruvengadam Taluk, Thenkasi District based on the representation dated 15.03.2021 and online complaint 31.03.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that enquiry is pending on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

3.On the complaints lodged by the petitioner, dated 15.03.2021 and 31.03.2021, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter party and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
