ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners / A1 to A3, who were arrested on 22.12.2015 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 302 IPC @ Sections 147, 148, 341, 302 r/w 120(B) IPC in Crime No.694 of 2015 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the petitioners suffered detention order, have filed H.C.P.(MD)Nos.475, 477 and 570 of 2016 and this Court by order dated 08.07.2016, 18.07.2016 and 27.06.2016 has set aside the detention orders. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that charge sheet has already been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on executing a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two

sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi, and on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
