2. At the hearing today, learned Special Government Pleader has placed on record an extract from the Town Survey Land Register reflecting the name of the petitioner as the landowner. Therefore, the petitioner's grievance stands redressed.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
