Prayer :- Transfer Petition is filed under section 24 of CPC, praying to withdraw O.S No.151 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Pattukottai,Thanjavur District and transfer the same to the Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai to be tried along with the petition in O.S No.60 of 2017 on the file of the same court. ORDER:- Transfer Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and on perusal of the letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, vide letter D.No.3559 of 2021, Dated 27.07.2021, requesting for EXTENSION OF TIME. To dispose of the case pending on its file and this court made the following order:
The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the O.S.No.151 of 2018 along with O.S.No.60 of 2017.

The learned Principal District Judge, Pudukottai had sought for extension of two months and considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this Court feels it appropriate to extend the time by two months and accordingly, it is extended by two months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
