ORDER

The petitioner, aggrieved by the order of cancellation of patta, has preferred an appeal to the first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer on 24.01.2025. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the said appeal. 2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner's appeal is pending with the first respondent from 24.01.2025. It would, therefore suffice to issue a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the said appeal, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing any other interested parties apart from the petitioner and pass orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
