ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State submits that the petition enquiry is pending on the complaint alleging forgery and cheating.

4.In the said circumstances, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioner herein unless prima facie case is made out against against the petitioner and fall within the scope of Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C.
