O R D E R

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 09.10.2023 passed in W.P. (MD)No.18767 of 2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents, submitted that this Court, by order dated 09.10.2023, had directed the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner on its own merits within eight weeks and to maintain the status quo until that time. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the first respondent has passed the order in Na.Ka.No.A1/4961/2024, dated 27.11.2024, in compliance with the direction issued by this Court. Therefore, the order of this Court in W.P. (MD) No.18767 of 2020, dated 09.10.2023, has been duly complied with by the first respondent.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition stands closed.
