It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 18.11.2015.

Side) for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.
