Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the 2nd respondent to produce the person or body of the detenu namely, Karthika D/o.Valarmathi, aged 30 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the mother of one Karthiga, aged 30 years. She has got a child namely, Sri Saran, aged 3 years. The third respondent is her husband. On the allegation that Ms.Karthiga is missing, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up, Karthiga and her child were produced by the 2nd respondent. When enquired, she would submit that because, she has got some dispute with her husband, she was all along residing in Thiruppur. Now, she is willing to go with the petitioner. The said statement is recorded.
