Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the Detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in C.O.C.No.19/2015, dated 28.06.2015, in detaining the detenu under Section 2(f) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a goonda, quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Bose @ Vijayakumar S/o.Kaliyaperumal, Male, aged about 37 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli, before this Court and set him at liberty.
