In W.P.(MD)No.8595 of 2023, I have set aside the order of the revenue authorities and remitted the matter to the Tahsildar for fresh consideration of the petitioner's application. Hence, the survey which is sought for in the present Writ Petition, by way of issuance of Writ of Mandamus shall await the decision of the Tahsildar and subject to the decision of the fourth respondent in W.P.(MD)No.8595 of 2023, the petitioner's application for survey dated 17.02.2025, shall be disposed of thereafter, within a period of eight [8] weeks. 2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
