This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 22.08.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and a copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
