ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC., in Crime No.'Not Known' of 2017, seek anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent states that an FIR was registered against the petitioners in Crime No.137 of 2017, for an offence under Section 420 of IPC.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition with liberty to file a fresh application without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ back papers and he has has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed, as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh application without back papers.
