Order : This Criminal Miscellaneos petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1972 of 2024 vide order dated 09.02.2024.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks time to comply with 1/3

the condition imposed upon the petitioners, since the petitioners could not arrange the amount, within the stipulated time as per the order of this Court dated 09.02.2024 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1972 of 2024.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 09.02.2024, is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated.
