This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaing given by the petitioner dated 17.02.2016 and take necessary action in accordance with law.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner against the proposed accused, enquiry has been conducted and it has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ subsequently closed.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already given. On receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
