PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to pass an order for speedy disposal of Execution Application in E.P.No.182 of 2014 in O.S.No.235 of 1985 pending on the file of Sub Court, Dindigul herein the time span as fixed by this court.

ORDER

The petitioner is the 21st defendant in O.S.No.235 of 1985 before the Sub Court, Dindigul.

2. Since no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against any one of the respondents in the said proceedings, Court is inclined to direct the Sub Court, Dindigul to bring closure to E.P.No.182 of 2014 in O.S.No.235 of 1985 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. The present Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
