This petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police T.Kallupatti Police Station, Madurai District to expedite the investigation in Crime No.325 of 2012 dated 10.11.2012 and to file the Final Report within the time-frame.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.325 of 2012 was conducted and the same was closed as Mistake of Fact as early as on 26.12.2016 itself and RCS notice has also beeb served on the defacto complainant.
