ORDER

The petitioners as well as the 2nd respondent / de facto complainant appeared before this Court. The 2nd respondent has no objection to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.397 of 2008 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.04.2008, the 3rd petitioner has preferred a complaint against the petitioners,

stating that on 20.04.2008, due to previous enmity, the petitioners entered into the house of the de facto complainant and attacked him and his mother with deadly weapons and threatened them with dire consequences.

3.The petitioners / accused have voluntarily agreed to donate a sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the Tamil Nadu Harijan Sevak Sangh, 12, Dr.Thangaraj Raod, Vinayaga Nagar, Madurai - 20. Accordingly, they paid the said amount and produced the receipts for the same. 4.In view of the above, the proceedings in C.C.No.397 of 2008 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. To 1.The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District.
