This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that petition enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 06.01.2016 given by the petitioner and that the petitioner is not cooperating with the enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and the second respondent is directed to take action in accordance with law either by registering a case on the complaint given by the petitioner or closing it as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
