ORDER
The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.5 & 6 in Cr.No.10 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 174(3) Cr.P.C., and altered into 498(a) and 304(b) of IPC, have come up before this Court seeking for a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Tiruchirappalli to consider the bail application in Cr.No.10 of 2016 on the same day.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are aged about 17 and 13 years and they are the children of A1's sister. It is further submitted that A1 and A2 were arrested and remanded into judicial custody and A3 & A4 were granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17809 of 2016, dated 20.09.2016.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that in the report submitted by the Revenue Divisional Officer, there are no serious allegations against these petitioners.
5. Under such circumstances, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Juvenile Justice Board, Tiruchirappalli within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file bail application. The Juvenile Justice Board, Tiruchirappalli is directed to consider and pass orders on the bail applications of the petitioners on merits on the same day of their appearance. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
