This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry on the basis of the petition submitted by the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. Mr.B.Navamani, Sub-Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar West Police Station is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner's son Shree Balaji was in love with one Serif Nisha, the daughter of R3 and that both of them have run away. In this regard, R3 has filed H.C.P.(MD) No.536 of 2017 and the same is pending. While so, the petitioner has been called for enquiry to know the whereabouts of the couple and produce the girl before the Division Bench in HCP(MD) No.536 of 2017.

3. In view of the above, no blanket order of not to harass can be granted. Therefore, this petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

during enquiry, he shall not be harassed.
