ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No. 1284 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police for the offences under Section 294(b), 323, 448, 324 & 506(ii) of IPC.

2. Since it is a jumped out bail this Court cannot be granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The petitioners ought to submit recall application before the concerned Trial Court. On such submission, the Trial Court is directed to consider the same and while considering the same the Trial Court shall take into account the facts of the case.

3. With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
