Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings Na.Ka. "Nil", dated 09-04-2011 of the 1st Respondent herein and quash the same and issue suitable direction, directing the 1st Respondent herein to appoint an enquiry officer to conduct domestic enquiry on the charges framed against the Petitioner in Charge memo dated 11-02-2009.

J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This writ appeal by the writ petitioner is directed against the order, dated 07.07.2014, made in W.P.(MD) No.5583 of 2011, which was filed challenging the order of dismissal from service, dated 09.04.2011.

2. The Writ Court dismissed the writ petition giving liberty to the appellant to file appropriate revision as against the order of dismissal from service before the Registrar of Co-operative Societies.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the writ appeal can be disposed of by giving liberty to the appellant to approach the appropriate forum.

4. The reasons assigned by the Writ Court are perfectly in order and calls for no interference. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed giving liberty to the appellant to approach the appropriate forum challenging the order of dismissal from service. No costs.
