ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier ordr of this Court dated 17.04.2017 and the requisition letter of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruchirapalli, vide letter in D.No.742/2019, dated 04.03.2019 and upon hearing of MR.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the Petitioner and MR.R.ANANDARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor for the first Respondent, this court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.314 of 2014. 2.This Court has already dismissed on the Criminal Original Petition by order, dated 17.04.2017 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.314 of 2014 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, the learned Magistrate was granted further period of nine months by order, dated 19.02.2018 and 14.08.2018 on two occasions. Now the Court below again requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing the case in C.C.No.314 of 2014 finally.
