[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner claims to be the husband of one Sivapriya, aged 24 years, D/o.V.S.Selvaraj. According to the petitioner, the marriage between them was celebrated on 24.10.2015 at Sri Lakshmi Kandasamy Temple. His further allegation is that now she is illegally detained by the third respondent, namely, her father. 2.Today when the matter was taken up, the detenue has been produced by the second respondent. On enquiry, she would submit that there is no such marriage at all between her and the petitioner and she is not the wife of the petitioner. She further submitted that she has been all along only with her father. Now, she wants to go along with her father.

3. Since there is no allegation of illegal detention, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
