This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has been initiated by the respondent police against this petitioner in Cr.No.219 of 2015.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued on the complaint given by the petitioner. However, the petitioner is directed to take part in the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. initiated by the Revenue Authorities. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
