JUDGMENT

[Judgment of this Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.K.Govindarajan, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.T.M.Muthussamy, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that a memo has been filed by the appellant stating that she is not pressing the appeal, on the ground of the settlement, which has been arrived at between the parties. The learned counsel for the appellant prays that the memo to be placed on record and the appeal to be dismissed as not pressed.

3. The appellant is present in Court and she has also confirmed that she has signed the memo.
