ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to file a final report on the file of the first respondent within stipulated time as mentioned in the Rule 7 (2) of the Schedule Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), 1995.

2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, investigation is completed and final report was also laid before the Special Court, Thirunelveli, Additional District Judge II, on 18.03.2021.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in the present petition and therefore, no further orders are required. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
