This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite investigation in Crime No.286 of 2010 and to file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submitted that the final report has already been filed and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.51 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ottanchathiram.
