O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent not to interfere with the matter purely civil in nature and not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. On the complaint given by one Solai against this petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.46 of 2017 before the 2nd respondent police.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent police and participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
