ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.4355 of 2024 dated 04.04.2024, has not been complied with.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that as against the order passed in WP.(MD)No.4355 of 2024 dated 04.04.2024, the University has filed a writ appeal, however, with a delay. He further submits that in the similar writ appeal in WA. (MD)No.644 of 2024 filed by the University, the Division Bench has already decided the issue in favour of the University, vide judgment dated 21.08.2025.
