For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 567 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 341,323,324, 506(ii), 307 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The first petitioner herein who had illicit affair with one Lakshmi was questioned by the defacto complainant. Aggrieved by that the first petitioner with the help of others had picked up quarrel with the defacto complainant and stabbed him in his stomach https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the said quarrel the first petitioner has sustained injuries. In the First Information Report, the defacto complainant has explained how the first petitioner sustained injuries.

4. Considering the nature of crime, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
