This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to take necessary criminal action based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.01.2016 and take appropriate and necessary action against the proposed accused in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 06.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
