ORDER
This petition has been filed to substitute the under mentioned parties as the present President, Secretary, and Treasurer, respectively, in 3/6
place of the existing Respondent Nos. 15, 16, and 17, after deleting them, and to permit the petitioner to prosecute the Second Appeal against the substituted persons.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, this is a formal application to substitute the present office bearers in place of Respondent Nos. 15, 16, and 17, who no longer occupy their respective posts. Having perused the accompanying affidavit, I am satisfied with the reasons assigned for substituting the names of Respondent Nos. 15, 16, and 17 with the present office bearers, viz., President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the first respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also brought to my notice of this Court that in the earlier application to accept the cause title, notices were sent, and none of the respondents chose to appear.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the nature of the application for substitution of office bearers, I do not see any prejudice being caused to any of the respondents even if this application is allowed without notice. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and number the Second Appeal, if otherwise in order, and post it for admission on 09.04.2026.
