ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

before the respondent police and he has given a statement stating that he will return the entire amount to the depositors and subsequently, he has filed this petition for not to harass. 5.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, I do not find any merits in this petition and hence, this petition is dismissed.
