ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy, to dispose the Crl.M.P.No.6827 of 2019 on his file, as expeditiously as possible, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a private complaint against the second and third respondents, in Crl.M.P.No.6827 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy. Even after three years of filing, the same is pending without any progress. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4.In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy, is directed to complete the trial proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.6827 of 2019, within six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearings without fail and co-operate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
