This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb, considering the representation of the petitioner dated 09.09.2016. 2.Heard both sides.

3.On reading of the complaint itself, it is seen that the present third accused is the mother's sister's of the petitioner herein. Admittedly, there is a joint patta standing in favour of the petitioner's mother and the third respondent's mother. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Since there is a civil dispute pending, the present petition is not at all maintainable. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
