Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue a no objection certificate to the petitioner to run a "SPA" i.e., massage centre in the name and style of " queen Ayurvedic SPA Centre" at D.No.149, Gandhi Nagar, 3rd cross, Ponnagar, Trichy, Trichy District by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for a limited direction of mandamus directing the second respondent herein, to consider his representation, dated 26.03.2021.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), he has to undertake detailed enquiry regarding the issuance of no objection certificate to the petitioner as per the present guidelines issued by the Government. So, it will take some more time.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction may be issued to the second respondent to consider his representation and pass orders at earliest.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, a direction issued to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2021 within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by taking into account of the present guidelines given by the Government and pass orders.

5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
