[Judgment of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed to set aside the order dated 07.02.2020 passed in HMOP No.634 of 2018 passed by the Family Court, Madurai

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that appeal has been filed against the order in HMOP No.634 of 2018, whereby the Family Court, Madurai has passed decree of restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. He would further submit that subsequently the parties have obtained divorce and nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. To that effect the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has also filed a memo.

3. Recording the same,the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands closed. [A.D.J.C., J.] [R.P., J.] 06.06.2025 NCC :
