ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners except under due process of law.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, a complaint has been given by the third respondent against the son of the petitioners alleging that he had some physical relationship with the third respondent. With respect to the same, the petitioners were frequently summoned by the second respondent for enquiry and without even providing sufficient or basic amenities, the second respondent detained the petitioner in illegal custody till 10.00 p.m. Now their son has also absconded. According to him, the respondent police are harassing them. Hence this complaint. 3.Heard, Mr.K.M.Anbunithi, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken and the same was closed.
