Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the third respondent, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Pudukkottai Edition, indicating the next date of hearing as 16.07.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 06.07.2026.

4. Post the matter on 16.07.2026.
